is there an editor that allows you to put items into your inventory, i have installed bot DADS item editor and izakarons save editor. but you cannot put an item in your inventory, you can only edit an item in the whole game...please help...

You may be able to find or buy a crappy item of the same type you want, and use DAD's item editor on that. Alternately you can use the technique in Lost Items - guide and directory of inventory files or How to get Finnigan's lockpicks back.
