Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Gareth feign death potion....gareth dead?

Looked for Gareth to obtain the quest and in front of the armory is a pile of dead bodies one of which I am quite sure is Gareth.
Ive searched hi and low for him with no luck and can only conclude he died in an attack.

Now that is commitment to a plan. Not great on the details, mind you, but he did get out of the army...


There is a way to get him back, so he can fake is own death: Reviving dead NPCs (and maybe check out Teleporting Anywhere, via hex editor as a reference).
