The turn order portrait on the top doesn't show the proper character order and stops working mid combat. It's very annoying since me and my friend don't know what's going on/ whos next etc.

Is this for any combat, or just if there are a lot of opponents, or something?

Does saving and reloading help?

Does this happen if the host tries the same fights in single player?

Yes, any combat, almost always.

Does saving and reloading help?
Haven't tried that but don't think it will help since it happens every time I start the game, not after a while of playing.

Seems that only happens with coop. Playing coop over lan atm. Joining the game from the lobby.

We did joined using the GOG invite before but I rather join using local network than going thru the online gog server?. I don't know should I try joining with GOG instead of direct local would that make a difference?

You can try by invitation (after the connection is made, Galaxy is no longer involved), or I think Direct Connection with a local IP address, to see if it makes a difference.

Also, make sure you are shutting down any network utility or monitoring programs, chat programs, etc, to see if ta conflict could be causing the problem.
