Happened a few time that some item's (exact same item) won't merge together.

For instance a healing potion, you drag and drop it on another healing potion and it will switch the items instead of merging them. Then you eventually find one other potion that didn't want to merge that decides to merge with it now.

Same for resurrect scroll. I couldn't tell why that particular item seemed bug.

It wasn't stolen either.

One of those healing potions could be a poisson potion in reality? I think there was something like that.

The problem often lies in items having different 'roots' as they call it. If you found or boughts something it differs from something you could pick up. And even the same stuff picked up often can't get stacked. Not sure if this will be ever solvable.
