From what I recall, she's one of the "heroes" you encounter earlier in the King Crab Inn in Cyseal: ISTR they all came to a bit of a sticky end one way or another due to being, well, a bit crap.
It's in the west of Silverglen in the small strip of land sandwiched between the backs of the huts and the ravine (from memory, so my description may be slightly off) where the anvil and stuff are. With enough perception your team should notice a mound of disturbed earth in the immediate vicinity.
