So I started the game up yesterday 11/04/2017 on my xbox one S and after the game loads up I scroll down to "Load" and press "A" the game freezes and kicks me out. I then started a new game to see if I could at least save it and when I click on "Save" it locks up and kicks me out. I have tried deleting my old saves and uninstalling the game but it will not allow me to delete my old saves and re-installing did nothing. Could use some help please.
Try clearing the Xbox cache: hold the power button down for 10 seconds until it beeps and does a full shutdown, unplug the Xbox, wait a couple minutes, plug it back in and then start it again.
