Clicking the "Invite" button does nothing now.....anyone else run into this? Friends can still join my hosted games via lobby but would like to have the option work again. Maybe a Steam issue?
Did you double check your online settings? Try opening the Connectivity Menu from the in-game menu (or lobby screen, for a new game), change the setting between anybody / invitation only / nobody, and see if that helps.
