I've noticed that my Xbox One X fans starting to get constantly loud. Never happens in any other game even more demanding ones.

Is it bad for console to play while having fans getting loud?

That would depend on the GPU temperature, but normally fans should switch to high long before there is any risk of damage, and modern GPUs have built in protection, and can drop their performance to limit heat production.
