Dear All,

I have downloaded the game on my PS4 and launched it. I have chosen a character and started playing. Fantastic!!!
However, just immediately what seemed to be some sort of prologue, I got a screen saying “Installing” and a progress bar.
There is also a button to go back to the main menu. It also warns me that I would lose progress.
Trouble is, the progress has been stuck on 20% for half an hour and does not budge.
Does anyone know about this? What should I do?

If you have not gotten past there, try clearing the PS4 cache: press and hold the PlayStation button on the controller, select 'Turn Off PS4', wait another 30 second after it finishes shutting down, and start it again.

If you start the game from a different PS4 account, if available, does that let you start a game? That would give a separate drive space for saves.
