Office Manager

As Office Manager you will be working directly with the Studio Director and assist the team in a variety of tasks. For now, it is a part-time position, which could be upscaled in the future as deemed necessary.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administration assistance: payroll, benefits, recruiting, accounting, etc.

  • Recruitment assistance – posting jobs adverts to various job boards, writing job descriptions etc.

  • Assist with HR Administration, including screening candidates & arranging interviews.

  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events.

  • Assist with the day to day running of the office.

  • Occasional PA duties, including some diary management and international travel arrangements

  • Maintain stocks of stationery and other office supplies.

  • Take a proactive role in the general ‘quality of life’ in the office, looking for and implementing ways to make office life shine.

  • Be the point of contact for third parties (security, cleaning services, shipping) to keep the office running smoothly.

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience.

  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Great communication skills in spoken/written English

  • Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving.

  • Work well with little or no supervision.

  • Knowledge and experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs

  • Must be flexible and adaptable.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Pluses:

  • Basic web development skills.

  • Experience in games industry.

  • Interest in Video Games / Interactive Entertainment.
