Product Manager

Larian Studios is looking an experienced Product Manager to work on the Divinity series as well as future projects.

As an Product Manager for an independent video game developer, you will be working in the publishing department (Dublin, Ireland), and remotely with the design leads located in Ghent, Belgium. You must be open to extended periods of travel for both public and private events.

Candidates must have worked in the video games industry for at least a year, with a deep understanding of product life cycles, project management, ratings submission systems, as well as basic knowledge and understanding of console development and submission.

In this post, you will be responsible for ensuring everything relating to the brand and materials supporting marketing campaigns are organized effectively. You will also be required to interface with producer and design leads.



  • Develop, plan, and execute detailed high level product strategy for future growth and expansion

  • Build and foster partnerships with external agencies, influencers and business partners to create strategic and tactical actions

  • Liaise with the internal teams (developers, producers and art team) to build brand awareness, relevance and reputation among target audiences and strategic partners

  • Conduct retrospective analysis on all executed projects to measure their effectiveness and impact

  • Assess key risks and impediments to the product strategy and projects

  • Brainstorm and cultivate ideas within the publishing team

  • Perform research and analyses of competitor actions and updates



  • 1+ years experience in the video games Industry

  • Deep understanding of product management and video games production stages

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make data informed actions

  • Exceptional project management skills

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

  • Experience writing project plans and product specification documents

  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Experience on a product launch is a big plus
