Responsibilities:

  • Closely assist the programming team with testing specific changes before code gets in the main developer branches. Testing needs to happen in locally built versions.

  • You will write scripts to assist you with testing or automate parts of the build pipeline.

  • Make preliminary performance tests and comparisons using our internal profiling tools and automated tests.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience with Visual Studio or similar build tools is needed.

  • Knowledge of software testing.

  • Experience with Perforce.

  • Experience with Jira or other bugtracking software.

  • Good eye for detail and a critical opinion about quality and user experience.

  • Good knowledge of scripting languages like Ruby, LUA or Python.

  • Willing to experiment with new technologies and software to meet development requirements and limitations.

  • Good communication skills in spoken/written English.

  • You are a team player and willing to take responsibility.

 

Pluses:

  • Experience in QA in software and tools.

  • Experience with C++.

  • Experience in a similar position in another game company.

  • Experience with CRPGs.
