Senior UI Designer

Responsibilities

Ensuring all UIs are brilliantly designed in line with the theme of the project.
Working with the UI team and leads to guide the development of efficient and consistent UIs.
Pushing the limits on UI design, visually and technically.
Providing feedback, collecting feedback and applying it as intended by the creative director and design lead.
Simultaneously develop UI for multiple platforms and input methods to the highest possible standards.

Requirements

Technical/Hands-on experience building user interfaces with UX/UI authoring tools.
Experience in design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Axure, Balsamiq, Adobe XD or Figma.
Excellent skills in designing and creating visual assets Strong understanding of UI design patterns.
Your main drive and ultimate goal is to perfect the UI experience on a complex game.
You have been involved in game production for the last 5 years.
You have shipped at least two console and/or PC titles in an active role.
You can understand and communicate with team members from different disciplines.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Your written and spoken English is excellent.

You are more than familiar with the RPG genre and you have played many RPGs extensively and critically.
RPG interface design and production experience
Noesis programming/production experience
Experience with usability testing
