In order to accomplish Barbatos's last quest, you have to find the Amulet of Alchemy, which should be in the possession of Rayhun, in one of the flying fortress.
The problem is I've already swip out and clean all four fortress but still don't found the fXXX Rayhun??

Um...
It's the first Fortress, has a second entrance from BV.
Perhaps you sold the Amulet?
Too bad.

Wouldn't the amulet count as "Quest item" and can't be sold?

OMG...he should be dead and I probably sold the amulet
It's really weird that the amulet is not classified as "quest items"
Anyways, who would still remember the detailed statistic of this amulet?

P.S. probably this amulet is so rubbish that I accidentally sold it

damn it! this Rayhun guy is located at his freaky plant headquarter in the northeast corner of the Broken Valley. Now I've finally cleared all the quest :>
