As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Voice Lead to join the team and help us in crafting the high caliber games our fans have come to expect.
Voice Lead


  • Leading the Voice Audio Team under the leadership of the Audio Director and the supervision of the Voice Director
  • Implement and execute the Creative Vision/Audio Vision
  • Collaborate closely with the the Voice Producer and the Audio Producer
  • Communicate with Stakeholders in Voice, Mocap, Story, Cine, Gameplay and Audio
  • Collaborate on the design and the maintenance of the full Voice pipeline from asset production over implementation to integration to deployment
  • Designing Wwise systems for VO in collaboration with the Tech Audio Lead
  • Lead, support and train Voice Team members
  • Build up the Voice Audio Team from scratch


  • Experience Leading or managing a team 
  • Experience hiring and building a team
  • Profound understanding of the Game Audio pipeline from Asset to Soundscape
  • Profound mastering of Voice production techniques: recording, microphones, synthesis, dialogue editing and cleaning, voice post production
  • Proficient in organizational side of VO recording pipelines
  • Knowledgeable about Voice scripts 
  • Solid knowledge of Wwise
